<p>A liquid jet head 1 includes a piezoelectric body substrate 2 having a plurality of groove arrays 5a, 5b, in each of which ejection grooves 3a, 3b penetrating from the upper surface US to the lower surface LS. A drive electrode 6 is provided on side faces of the ejection grooves 3a, 3b and terminal electrodes 7 are provided on the lower surface LS, and electrically connected to the drive electrodes 6. A flexible circuit board 8 is electrically connected to the terminal electrodes 7 and connected to the lower surface LS of the piezoelectric body substrate 2. The piezoelectric body substrate 2 includes a first opening portion H1 that penetrates from the upper surface US to the lower surface LS between the groove arrays 5a, 5b. The flexible circuit board 8 is extends out from the lower surface LS to the upper surface US of the piezoelectric body substrate 2 through the first opening portion H1. There is also provided a method of manufacturing the liquid jet head.</p> |
