提供一种纸制容器及该纸制容器之制造方法,该纸制容器不使发泡绝热层的厚度增厚亦不会因此造成输送效率变差,且手持着时不容易感觉到热度,进而已防止因过发泡而产生外观不良。本发明的纸制容器系具有容器本体及发泡绝热层者,该容器本体系由胴部及底板部所构成;而该发泡绝热层系设置在胴部的外面侧并由发泡部及发泡抑制部所构成;该纸制容器之特征在于:发泡绝热层系将具有发泡抑制墨水涂装部之热塑性树脂层加热而成,且相对于发泡部的厚度,发泡抑制部的厚度的比率为25%以下。;The paper container of the present invention is a paper container comprising a container body consisting of a body member and a bottom member, having on the outer surface of the body member a foamed heat-insulating layer which consists of a foamed portion and a foam-controlled portion, wherein the foamed heat-insulating layer is formed by heating a thermoplastic resin layer which has a portion coated with a foam-controlling ink, and the thickness of the foam-controlled portion is less than or equal to 25 % of the thickness of the foamed portion. |
