<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of a battery caused by an increase of battery internal pressure and store more power to the battery. <P>SOLUTION: In a battery charge and discharge management device, when a charge and discharge current integration value∫Ib of a battery is a threshold valueαor more, or a charge and discharge voltage Vb of the battery is a reference charge voltage Vref or less in which the reference charge voltage has a relatively large absolute value and a negative value (step S120, S130), a charging and discharging request power Pb* is corrected small to be a charging power in a case of battery charge, the charging and discharging request power Pb* is corrected largely to be a discharging power in a case of battery discharge (step S140).
