<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing method and a dispenser for discharging the total quantity of a reagent sucked into a pipette tip to the interior of a well of a microplate as an object to which a reagent is discharged when the reagent is discharged in a dispensing process. <P>SOLUTION: In the dispensing method for discharging liquid sucked into the pipette tip to the interior of the well of the microplate as the object to which the liquid is discharged, a droplet is discharged at a separation distance D between the tip of the pipette tip and the well bottom of the micro plate within a range of the minimum magnitude H2 of the droplet formed at the tip of the pipette tip in the vertical direction or smaller and the maximum magnitude H1 of the droplet discharged from the pipette tip and attached to the well bottom in the vertical direction or larger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
