PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion in which fine particles with a diamond structure, particularly UDD (Ultra Dispersed Diamond) whose particle diameter is nm order undergo no change in the dispersed state with time and do not flocculate even in case of different ionicities or in which aggregation of particles occurs hardly even under an external shock such as high speed stirring.SOLUTION: A dispersion includes fine particles with a diamond structure, a bisphenol sulfonic acid polymer (1), a nitrogen-containing cationic polymer (2) and a medium. |
