<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic El device without the need of wiring materials, having a structure simplified, retaining a heat equalizing effect and capable of enhancing productive efficiency by automation. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL device 1 is provided with a substrate 10, a first electrode layer 12A and a second electrode layer 12K arranged on the substrate 10, an organic EL layer 14 arranged on the first electrode layer 12A, a third electrode layer 16K arranged on the organic EL layer 14 and connected with the second electrode layer 12K, a sealing layer 18 arranged on the third electrode layer 16K, a first conductive layer 22A arranged on the sealing layer 18, an insulation layer 24 arranged on the first conductive layer 22A, and a second conductive layer 26K arranged on the insulation layer 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
