<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle assembling apparatus in which the effective uptime ratio is high and matching of a vehicle body and a door-panel is easy.SOLUTION: As shown in Fig. (b), a door-panel yard 12 and door-panels 45 are positioned downstream. A door-panel support mechanism 30 holding a door-panel 45 moves upstream as an arrow (11), and, upon encountering a vehicle body 11, door-panel fitting operation is performed while it moves downstream as an arrow (12). After the operation, it is returned to a standby position as an arrow (13). The arrow (13) only is of no load. Especially, during the arrow (11), an operator can inspect the door-panel 45 visually. Namely, during the arrow (11) and the arrow (12), operation is performed effectively. As the effect, as a door-panel is moved from downstream to upstream against a vehicle body moving from upstream to downstream, the door-panel encounters the vehicle body certainly. Matching between the vehicle body and the door-panel is very easy.</p> |
