摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical element capable of avoiding the degradation of the element characteristics by ensuring the sealing properties of a case made of metal laminated films. <P>SOLUTION: A lithium primary battery 10 includes an electrode laminate 11 comprising a positive electrode 21 supported by a positive electrode collector 23, a negative electrode 31 supported by a negative electrode collector 33, laminated with a separator 41 interposed therebetween. The electrode laminate 11 together with an electrolyte are encased in a case 51 made of aluminum laminated films 53. In the case 51, a hermetically sealed part 52 is formed by thermally welding the laminated films 53 along the periphery. The gap between the laminated films 53 at the hermetically sealed part 52 is filled with a molten resin layer 57. The molten resin layer 57 is thinner than the thickness of the electrode laminate 11, and has a multi-level structure that the thickness varies with the distance from the periphery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
