摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that shows high energy efficiency, is advantageous in cost, and helps to mass-produce alloy particles, wherein the alloy particles thus produced has a predetermined composition of high purity and has a desired size. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method and apparatus for producing the alloy particles that contain a metal contained in first and second metal wires at a predetermined composition ratio. The method includes: a step of forming a metal wire strand by using the two metal wires each having a predetermined cross-sectional area, that is, by winding the second metal wire around the outer periphery of the first metal wire 6 to 16 times per centimeter; a step of flowing a pulse current to the metal wires each having a predetermined length to simultaneously gasify the first and second metal wires, thereby forming a plurality of metal vapors or metal radicals; and a step of cooling the plurality of metal vapors or metal radicals while bringing the metal vapors and the metal radicals into contact with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
