<p>Disclosed in the present invention is a metal surface forming method of a cooling or a circulating system of a nuclear or a thermal power plant. The present invention comprises: (S11) a stage injecting a metal ion or a metal nanoparticle into the cooling or circulating system of the nuclear or thermal power plant; (S12) a stage where the injected metal ion is changed into a metal particle through a chemical reaction with hydrogen (H_2), hydrazine (N_2H_4), or amine within a dendrogram; and (S13) a stage forming a heat insulation layer or a catalyst layer as the metal particle or the metal nanoparticle is deposited on the metal surface or an oxide film of the cooling or circulating system.</p> |
