PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable polymer composition that has good coatability and can produce a cured film having excellent abrasion resistance, excellent hardness and excellent mechanical strength.SOLUTION: In an active energy ray-curable polymer composition containing a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer being a reaction product of a raw material including a polyisocyanate, a polycarbonate diol and a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate, as the polycarbonate diol, a polycarbonate diol having a number average molecular weight of not less than 500 to not more than 10,000 and having a specific structure including a specific structural unit such as neopentyl glycol or the like is used. |
