<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser arc hybrid welding method for a high tensile-strength steel plate by which a welded metal having high tensile strength and toughness can be manufactured by selecting a welding material suitable for the composition of a steel plate when working a high tensile-strength steel plate with a tensile strength of 780 to 980 MPa class by laser arc hybrid welding and welding it, and to provide a high tensile-strength steel plate-welded metal produced by the same. <P>SOLUTION: When applying laser arc hybrid welding to a high tensile-strength steel plate, a high tensile-strength steel plate having 0.03 mass% or less in Ti content is subjected to laser arc hybrid welding by employing a welding material having 0.06 mass% or less in Ti content. The welding material is selected in which carbon equivalent Ceq<SB POS="POST">Y</SB>calculated from its composition satisfies a predetermined range of carbon equivalent Ceq<SB POS="POST">X</SB>of the high tensile-strength steel plate, thereby producing a welded metal having both high tensile strength and high toughness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
