<p>The invention provides a solar cell and a conductive paste for forming an electrode thereof. The conductive paste is used for forming an electrode of a crystal silicon solar cell, and contains conductive particles containing silver, frits, prescribed additive particles, organic adhesives and solvents, wherein the prescribed additive particles are selected from more than one of aluminosilicate particles and aluminum silicate particles. The conductive paste can be used to form an electrode of a crystal silicon solar cell, with the contact resistance between the electrode and a crystal silicon substrate being low.</p> |
