<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin printing original plate with which a relief image can be formed without using any original image film and the surface adhesiveness of a printing plate can be reduced and the peeling of the relief surface in printing can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A photosensitive resin printing original plate has a photosensitive layer (A) including polyamide having hydrophilic groups and a compound having ethylenic unsaturated bonds; at least one interlayer (B); and a water insoluble thermosensitive mask layer (C) including infrared absorbing materials, which are laminated on a support in this order.
