摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing plastic lenses capable of hardening and forming a laminated coat comprising a hard coat layer film and an antireflection layer film uniformly on a plastic base material in a relatively short time and further having superior heat resistance and shock resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing plastic lenses includes: prehardening the coat formed by applying coating composition for forming hard coat layer film having a specific composition, on the plastic lens base material; applying, under specific conditions, far-infrared light having a specific wavelength to the laminated coat that is formed by applying coating composition for forming an antireflection layer film, on the prehardened coat, and hardening the laminated coat. The present invention also provides the plastic lens obtained by the method. This method can harden and form the laminated coat comprising the hard coat layer film and the antireflection layer film uniformly, on the plastic base material in the relatively short time, and further provide the plastic lens having the superior heat resistance and shock resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
