<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize supply of a printing medium in a printing medium supply mechanism which draws out and supplies a printing medium from a roll body in which the printing medium is wound around a core part having various diameters. <P>SOLUTION: The printing medium supply mechanism includes: a supporting shaft which is fixed to a housing, and pierces through the inside of the core part and supports the roll body turnably; a guide plate where an opening in which the supporting shaft is inserted is formed, and which regulates the position of the roll body in a longitudinal direction of the supporting shaft by holding the roll body between the housing and the guide plate; a stabilizer which can move along a slot formed on the guide plate, and lessens shaking of the roll body in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the supporting shaft by coming in contact with the inside surface of the core part; and a conveyance part which draws out and conveys the printing medium from the roll body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
