<p>The formwork (29) has parallelepiped-shaped insulating material blocks (15) assembled together to form an external insulating wall of a building. Horizontal rectangular spacers (1) are equipped with a fixing element that is provided on the insulating blocks, and another fixing element that is provided to an interior wall of the building. Metal section bars (22) of the latter element form vertical stiffeners. A metal net (26) is fixed on the section bars.
