<p>The present invention relates to a power generation system for preventing carbon dioxide from being released, comprising a gasifier which produces a synthesis gas; a methanol synthesizing part which receives the produced synthesis gas in the gasifier and accordingly synthesizes methanol; a separation part which separates the synthesized methanol in the methanol synthesizing part and non-reacted synthesis gas which is not turned into methanol from the synthesis gas; and a hydrogen and carbon monoxide separating part which separates carbon monoxide and hydrogen from the non-reacted synthesis gas separated from the synthesis gas separating part. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the power generation system prevents carbon dioxide from being released, when generating electric power with use of gas synthesized from the gasifier.</p> |
