摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for producing a health functional beverage, and more particularly, a method for adding functional ingredients having great anti-cancer and antioxidant effects to a beverage containing fruit juice, soda, milk, soy milk or bottled water, wherein health functional ingredients are pulverized into nanoparticles so as to extend the surface area of the ingredients, thereby triggering a molecular bonding between water molecules of the beverage and the nanoparticles of the functional ingredients by a means of molecular bonding at high pressure and thus, providing a method for producing a beverage containing health functional ingredients and a system thereof. Accordingly, a method for producing a beverage containing functional ingredients, capable of delivering natural unique ingredients from heath functional ingredients to a human body with no changes in the physical properties thereof and enabling efficient use of health functional ingredients.</p>
