摘要 <p>In the present invention an electronic power generator using heat pump and driving method thereof, is disclosed wherein an electric power is generated using an organic Rankine cycle for power generation by rotating a turbine through vapor pressure, and heat energy of the air outside is absorbed to utilize heat pump module generating high temperature heat energy as a heat source. A power generating system using a heat pump according to the present invention comprises: a condensing measure to liquefy heat medium of vapor phase; a heat pump module which includes a evaporating measure to evaporate heat medium of liquid phase into vapor phase and a compressor to pressurize and discharge outwardly heat medium of vapor phase; a first heat exchanger to withdraw heat energy of heat medium discharged from the heat pump module change and discharge operating fluid into high temperature and high pressure vapor phase; a turbine to receive an operating fluid of vapor phase discharged from the first heat exchanger and generate power; and a power generator to produce electricity by the power of the turbine, wherein high temperature operating fluid which passed the turbine is supplied to the heat pump module to be utilized as heat source required for the evaporation the heat medium, whereas an operating fluid whose heat energy was deprived by the heat medium is supplied to the first heat exchanger again.</p>
