<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent graft and a stent graft system to deliver the stent graft into the body for cutting or damaging the desired body tissue with a simple procedure, thereby blocking the function. <P>SOLUTION: The stent graft system 12 includes: the stent graft 10 having a blade 22 capable of stabbing in the body tissue on an outer surface of a tube member 30 where a stent 28 is fixed on the tubular graft 26; a sheath 24 which can store the stent graft 10 in an inner cavity; and an expanding-amount adjustment mechanism 49 which can expand the stent graft 10 stored in the sheath 24 in a phased manner.
