<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: a force is not transmitted to a tip part when a transfer medium should be transferred on a small area, so that it is difficult for a user to handle a transfer tool; a transferring part is significantly tilted by a force from a casing, and is kept tilting and is wobbled, so that it is hard for the user to handle the transfer tool; and, since the transfer tool does not have structure for controlling the tilting of the tip part (or twisting of a support part), the problem of partial rubbing is not solved and sensitive operation is not achieved. <P>SOLUTION: The transferring part 5 includes: an operating part 5C rotatably disposed with respect to the casing 2, and having an operating lever 5Cb formed on an outer face thereof; the tip part 5A transferring the transfer medium on a transferred body; and the support part 5B inserted in the operating part 5C and supporting the tip part 5A on a casing 2 side to be elastically deformable.
