<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marine propulsion plant capable of maintaining a difference in temperature between the temperature of superheated steam and the temperature of a reheated steam in a proper range independently of various conditions, and being safely and freely operated. <P>SOLUTION: A marine propulsion plant includes a propulsion turbine 3 provided monoaxially with a high pressure turbine 9 and a medium pressure turbine 11, a reheating boiler 5 having downstream of a main furnace 31 a reheating furnace 29 including a reheating burner 53 and a reheater 61 and a steam temperature controller 77 that controls a superheated steam temperature to be at a set superheated steam temperature set by means of a switch and a reheated steam temperature to be at a set reheated steam temperature set by means of a low selector. The low selector includes the function of designating the lowest value of a set value of the reheated steam temperature, a superheated steam temperature and a superheated steam temperature corresponding to the amount of a fuel supplied to a main burner 33 as a set reheated steam temperature. The switch includes the function of selecting any one of a set value of a superheated steam temperature, a reheated steam temperature and a reheated steam temperature corresponding to the amount of a fuel supplied to a reheating burner 53. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
