<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device easily achieving staple changing processing and staple jam processing in a staple unit, in binding and folding a bundle of aligned and stacked sheets. <P>SOLUTION: On a downstream side in a direction where sheets are carried to a processing tray for aligning and stacking the sheets with images formed thereon, the binding position of a staple means is arranged, and on an upstream side therein, the folding position of a folding means is arranged.
