<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell panel mounting frame which is easily assembled and can easily change the angle of a solar cell panel. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell panel mounting frame includes: a plurality of stringers 100 in parallel with each other supporting a solar cell panel SP from the back side; cross members 200 which are two round pipes penetrating through through-holes 111 opened in the side faces 110 of the stringer 100 and connecting the stringers 100 to each other; joint members 300 each attached to each of the ends of the cross members 200; installation leg parts 510, 520 each attached to each of the joint members 300; and fixing members 400 for fixing the cross members 200 to the stringers 100.
