The invention relates to a dental implant of the type comprising an anchoring base (1) having the shape of a screw provided with a blind bore and a support pillar (2) for supporting a prosthetic tooth, said implant and said pillar being provided with complementary connection means comprising an indexing system, the components of which can be assembled by joining or plugging together the male element of said indexing system, formed by the distal end or base of the prosthetic end or pillar (2) and comprising at least two radial branches (11) that are equally interspaced at an angle, and the print forming the female element of said indexing device, created in the bore of the anchoring base (1) and being provided with a number of lobes or notches arranged at an equal distance from each other, said number being formed by a multiple of the number of radial branches (11) of said male element (2). The invention is characterised by the combination of said indexing device (10-12) with a connection system according to which the cooperating end parts of the pillar (2) and the implantation base (1) are arranged in such a way as to enable a nesting connection of the pillar (2) and the implantation (1) base by means of a morse-taper-type connection system. |
