<p>The method involves transmitting information between a transmitter (1) and a receiver (2) by two transmission links (3, 4). The information is modulated to two carrier signals (30, 40) in the transmitter. Carrier frequency of the modulated carrier signals belongs to different frequency bands e.g. intermediate frequency (IF) band and high frequency band. The carrier signals are received by the receiver and demodulated in order to recover the information, where the transmitter comprises an IF-converter that converts an information basic input signal into frequency of the IF-band. An independent claim is also included for a device for transmitting information between a transmitter and a receiver.</p> |
