In the present invention, provided are a scribing wheel, which has a blade consisting of only diamond and is used for dividing hard ceramic substrate, thereby enabling the hard ceramic substrate to have a long service life, a holder unit, a scribing apparatus, a scribing manufacturing method and a scribing method wherein the scribing wheel (40) has a blade (42) consisting of only diamond and, more specifically, a blade whose edge is made in a R chamfering process, thereby having 0.8-5μm radius and significantly reducing abrasion on the edge of the blade, when using the scribing wheel of the present invention, compared with a scribing wheel which is not made in the R chamfering process. |
