<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit calibration of a pressure sensor which is used for inspection of water discharge and inspection of a pressure gage to be carried out simply and easily. <P>SOLUTION: The fire hydrant device inspection system measures water supply pressure detected by a master pressure sensor as a reference span pressure at the time when a water discharge pressure sensor 78 used for automatic inspection is calibrated, measures zero-point pressure to be atmospherically opening pressure detected by a water discharge pressure sensor 78 at a normal switching position of a remote three-way switching valve 76, and span pressure detected by the water discharge pressure sensor 78 by introducing water supply pressure by switching the remote three-way switching valve 76 to the inspection switching position, and derives a zero-point correction constant and a span correction coefficient to calibrate the zero-point and span of the water discharge pressure sensor 78 to the zero point and span of the master pressure sensor, After the calibration comes to an end, at the time when remote water discharge is inspected, the system corrects pressure detected by the water discharge pressure sensor 78 on the basis of the zero-point correction constant and the span correction coefficient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
