<p>A cooling device includes: a heat sink and a heat pipe that are connected with each other; a metal plate that is connected with the heat pipe; an elastic member that is provided in the metal plate; and a securing member that is attachable with a printed circuit board on which a heating part is mounted, is able to be secured to the elastic member to be elastically deformed such that the metal plate is pushed to the heating part, and is able to position the metal plate in a state where the securing member is not secured to the elastic member.</p> |
