<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker cooking boiled rice with favorable finish by uniformly heating the whole cooking objects in an inner pot in a rising step in rice cooking. <P>SOLUTION: The rice cooker includes: a rice cooker body 1 in which the inner pot 10 is stored; heaters 41 and 42 disposed in the rice cooker body 1 and heating the inner pot 10; a lid body openably/closably attached to the upper part of the rice cooker body 1 and closing to cover the inner pot 10; a stirring arm 11 of which stirring position is movable in the vertical direction in the inner pot 10; and a stirring motor 15 for vertically moving the stirring arm 11 and driving the stirring arm 11. In the rising step after a water absorption step in rice cooking, a control device controls the stirring motor 15 to move the stirring arm 11 such that the stirring position thereof is located on the upper area 52 of rice/water mixture 50 inside the inner pot 10 and to stir the upper area 52 of the rice/water mixture 50 inside the inner pot 10 by the stirring arm 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
