<p>The present invention provides a rotor of a brushless motor. The existing rotor has problems of weak strength of material, oscillation and noises due to rotation. The rotor of the invention is composed of rotating magnets formed by resin that elastic bodies are mixed in plastic resin magnets. When the rotating magnet is formed by mixing the elastic body into the plastic resin magnet, a rotor core is integrally embedded to form. The rotor core is of a shape that projections are uniformly formed in a direction intersecting with an axial cord, and the number of the projections is a prime number more than five.</p> |
