Wind power equipment having: a rotor which comprises at least one rotor blade having a lightning conductor; an electrical consumer which is arranged in the rotor blade; an electrical power source; an electrical supply line for supplying the consumer with electrical power from the power source; a switching means designed to establish and interrupt an electrical connection between the consumer and the power source via the supply line; and a control unit designed to control the switching means depending on a rotational position of the rotor, in such a manner that the electrical connection is interrupted, if the at least one rotor blade is in a position that is at risk for lightning strikes, and established, if the at least one rotor is not in a position that is at risk for lightning strikes. |
