一种应用程式的启动控制方法与装置及电脑可读取储存介质，所述方法包括：获取第一语音资料，并对第一语音资料进行识别，以得到第一识别结果；确定第一识别结果中是否包含未启动且已安装的应用程式的启动命令词；若第一识别结果中包含未启动且已安装的应用程式的启动命令词，则将第一识别结果中包含的启动命令词对应的未启动且已安装的应用程式作为被控应用程式，并将第一识别结果中包含的启动命令词转换成被控应用程式的启动命令；以及根据被控应用程式的启动命令启动被控应用程式。本发明能实现语音控制应用程式的启动。; determining whether the first recognition result includes a start-up command word of an installed application which has not been started up; regarding the installed application as a controlled application and converting the start-up command word into a start-up command of the controlled application if the first recognition result includes the start-up command word of the installed application which has not been started up; and starting up the controlled application according to the start-up command of the controlled application.
