<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert molding method for integrating, based on a simple operation, a female screw member via insert molding by positioning and fixing a screw bush within a mold so as to match a specified position of the screw portion of the screw bush with a specified intra-mold position and to adjust, at fixed positions, the stopper position and valve positions (closed valve position and open valve position) of a rotor.SOLUTION: A mold-side positioning unit formed on the side of a mold and a screw member-side positioning unit formed on a screw bush in correspondence to a specified position of the screw portion of the screw bush are fitted together so as to configure the screw bush within the mold, whereas a female screw member constituted by a screw bush 50 and a guide member is integrated via insert molding by injecting a molten resin into the mold so as to mold a female screw member equipped with a valve opening stopper configured to abut from the guide component and a valve closing stopper formed on the guide component.</p> |
