<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to utilize a burnt deposit detecting function without selecting a specific cooking mode or the burnt deposit detecting function and have convenience in use owing to working of the burnt deposit detecting function without enhancing the progress degree of the burnt deposit by the quality of material of a pan used for heating. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker includes: a control part 4 which controls the heating output of an inverter circuit 3; the burnt deposit detecting part 7 which detects that cooked objects 8 are burnt and deposited on the bottom of a pan 6 and outputs information on the burnt deposit when an output voltage of an infrared sensor 5 reaches a first voltage; and a pan kind discrimination part 9 which discriminates the material of the pan 6. In the case where the pan kind discrimination part 9 discriminates that the material of the pan 6 has large thermal conductivity, the burnt deposit detecting part 7 reduces a value of the first voltage to be smaller as compared with the case where the pan kind discrimination part 9 discriminates that the material of the pan 6 has small thermal conductivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
