<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing apparatus that produces light-emitting devices having different picture element sizes and intervals with the same apparatus without downtime in production of a light-emitting device having picture elements that emit light of different colors, and to provide a method of producing a light-emitting device using the producing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A producing apparatus that splits a laser beam into multiple beams, aligns the split beams on an irradiation surface at the same interval, and rotates the beams according to the specification of a manufactured target can produce a light-emitting device with any picture element intervals. The size of the picture element can be changed by changing the magnification ratio of a projection lens for the laser beam. Thereby, light-emitting devices having different picture element sizes and intervals can be produced only with a simple setting change on the same apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
