<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dismantlement tape that enables a post-dismantlement specification of the components or equipment to which dismantled objects after the dismantlement of a nuclear-related facility had once belonged. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of bar codes 11 indicating serial numbers are provided on one side of a dismantlement tape 10 while an adhesive that can adhere the tape 10 onto components or equipment before dismantlement is applied on the other side of the tape 10. After the dismantlement tape 10 is attached on the components or the equipment before the dismantlement, the first number and the last number among the serial numbers on the tape 10 is read by a bar code reader 14, and the numbers from the first number to the last number are related to the components or the equipment. After the components and the equipment are dismantled, the number indicated by at least one of the bar codes 11 remaining on the dismantled objects is read by the bar code reader 14.
