<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device that can effectively prevent the occurrence of a surging phenomenon and constantly exhibit vibration control performance as expected without increasing the weight and deteriorating quietness performance of a device while suppressing a manufacturing cost to relatively small. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration control device includes: an outer cylinder 2; an inner cylinder 3 arranged inside the outer cylinder 2; and a rubber member 4 composed of a coating rubber part 4a surrounding the periphery of the inner cylinder 3 and rubber leg parts 4b which continue the coating rubber part 4a to extend to the outer cylinder 2 side and connect the outer cylinder 2 and the inner cylinder 3 mutually at two points in the circumferential direction of the outer cylinder 2.
