摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the processing accuracy of shape processing which makes a processing tool scan a workpiece. <P>SOLUTION: A processing device performs shape processing by making the processing tool 23 scan the workpiece W. The processing device detects each posture error of X, Y, Z stages 4, 5, 6 and obtains an amount of the displacement of a processing point W1 based on a relative position and the posture error of the processing point W1 relative to a reference point of each stage.
