<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic composition which can easily exhibit the effect of a cellulose based thickener in foaming by shaking. <P>SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic composition is used as an oxidized hair dye, or a hair bleach or a hair dye remover, and is applied to the hair in a frothy form obtained by causing foaming by shaking. The hair cosmetic composition comprises: the main agent containing a cellulose based thickener in the form of powder; and an auxiliary agent containing water and lower alcohol and mixed on use with the main agent. The auxiliary agent has pH of 5 to 8. The content of the lower alcohol in the hair cosmetic composition is preferably 0.1 to 10.0 mass%. The mass ratio of the cellulose based thickener to the lower alcohol preferably lies in the range of 0.2 to 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
