An embodiment relates to a lighting device. The lighting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a body including a base part and a side wall arranged under the base part; a light source part arranged under the base part of the body, and arranged inside the side wall; a power supplying part arranged on the base part of the body and supplying power to the light source part; and a clip including a connection part connected to the side wall or the body, and an extended part extended from the connection part and arranged on the sidewall of the body. The lighting device according to the embodiment has an advantage of being stably fixed on an external fixture. |
