<p>According to the present invention, a method for decoding a multi-layer video signal determines a corresponding picture of a reference layer used for predicting layers of a present picture in a present layer, generates an interlayer reference picture by up-sampling the determined corresponding picture, specifies a reference block in the interlayer reference picture used for predicting layers of a present block based on spatial offset information, and operates prediction of layers of the present block by using the specified reference block.</p> |
