<p>Disclosed is a metamaterial structure capable of causing simultaneously resonance in the wavelength of light for exciting quantum dots and in the wavelength of light generated from the quantum dots on a local space where the quantum dot is located. The metamaterial structure includes a substrate, and a resonance layer formed between the substrate and a quantum dot layer and formed such that two rectangular holes cross each other to resonate with different two resonance wavelengths. Unlike conventional various metamaterial structures resonating with a single wavelength, the metamaterial structure may resonate with two wavelengths.</p> |
