<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup paper container in which food, a beverage, or the like is sealed, not reducing its commercial value nor impairing the appearance of a product even if a recess is formed in a body part of the cup paper container due to a change in environmental temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The cup paper container sealed with a lid material includes a body material and a bottom material each comprising a laminated sheet formed by laminating a heat-adhesive resin layer, a paper layer, a heat-adhesive resin layer, a gas barrier material layer and a heat-adhesive resin layer in this order from the outer surface side, and the lid material comprises a laminated sheet formed by laminating a gas barrier material layer and a sealant layer.
