<p>The arrangement has an acoustic feedback detecting unit (62) for receiving a microphone signal (11) of a hearing aid and determining a weighting factor (17). The factor lies between 1 for secure existence of acoustic feedback and 0 for secure absence of acoustic feedback. A multiplier (63) calculates acoustic feedback probability (16) using the factor. A comparison unit (64) compares the calculated probability with a preset threshold value (20), and signals exceeding of the threshold value.
