<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tangle boiled down with soy sauce, capable of being produced in a shorter time than those of conventional methods, also having less loss of polysaccharides contained in the tangle and having a non-conventional texture, and the tangle boiled down with the soy sauce produced by the method. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the soft textured tangle boiled down with the soy sauce is provided by using the wet tangle without passing through a drying process as a raw material, cleaning with water at a normal temperature or a middle temperature, then impregnating in seasoning liquid containing the soy sauce and a sweetening agent, and heating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
