<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine in which almost the total range of right to left width of innermost walls of a variable winning pocket is made to emit light to expect gorgeous visual performance effect. <P>SOLUTION: A variable prize winning means 15 includes a variable winning pocket 33 opened toward a front face side of a game board 9, an opening/closing door 35 to open/close an opening 34 of the front face side of the variable winning pocket 33, a discharge port 36 to discharge a game ball getting into the variable winning pocket 33 to the back side of the game board 9 when the opening/closing door 35 is opened, and a prize winning detection switch 41 to detect a game ball getting into the variable winning pocket 33. Inner most walls 39, 40 disposed in the innermost side of the variable winning pocket 33 are configured with a light-transmitting material. The prize winning detection switch 41 is disposed in the vicinity of the outside within or out of an opening range of the variable winning pocket 33.
