<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter which can reduce occurrence of ghost light and reduce variations in optical characteristics due to moisture absorption from peripheral environment. <P>SOLUTION: A light absorbing structure 3 is formed on a surface of a transparent substrate 2. A near infrared light reflecting structure 4 being as an atmospheric shielding layer is disposed so as to cover an upper surface and a side surface of the light absorbing structure 3. A near infrared light reflecting structure 5 and an ultraviolet light reflecting structure 6 are sequentially laminated on an opposite surface of the transparent substrate 2. At least a part of an absorbing wavelength region of the light absorbing structure 3 is overlapped with an inside of a transition wavelength region from a transmitting wavelength region of the near infrared light reflecting structure 4 to a non-transmitting wavelength region thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
