<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcapsule type electrophoretic display device achieving both of a wide viewing angle and high productivity, and to provide a method for manufacturing the device. <P>SOLUTION: The microcapsule type electrophoretic display device is manufactured through steps of: adhering a protective film (2) to a reception layer (4) of a color ink layer (3) with an adhesive component of the reception layer (4), the ink layer formed on one surface of a transparent substrate (6); laminating an electrophoretic display layer (10) containing microcapsules (8) on a transparent electrode layer (7) formed on the other surface of the transparent substrate (6); and laminating a back face electrode substrate (18) having a pixel electrode layer (12) on the electrophoretic display layer (10) with a layer of a conductive adhesive (11) interposed therebetween. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
